These Terms form a legally binding agreement made between you and TravelsPale, concerning your access to and use of our booking platform and related services. By continuing you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are prohibited from using the Site or services.
To confirm your booking, a 20% advance payment of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid during the trip. Upon confirmation, you will receive a detailed PDF itinerary and invoice for your records.
The quoted amount is valid for 7 days from the date the PDF is issued, due to frequent fluctuations in hotel pricing.
Our driver will drop you at the parking points in Gulmarg, Sonamarg, and Pahalgam, as our cabs are not permitted beyond these points. You'll need to hire union cabs or pony rides directly at the location. Union cabs and pony rides are not included in this package. If you'd like us to arrange them on your behalf, full payment for these services must be made in advance.
The transportation provided by us will follow the itinerary shared earlier. However, if you wish to visit additional points, you may discuss it directly with the driver. Any extra charges, if applicable, will be informed to you in advance.
We provide both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal options as per the preference mentioned during booking.
Any damage caused by the client during the trip will be their responsibility, and repair costs must be borne by them. This includes damage to vehicles, hotel property, or any equipment provided as part of the tour.
Bargaining after the trip has commenced is not permitted. If the client fails to pay the complete amount during the trip or refuses payment, legal action may be taken as per the laws of Jammu & Kashmir.
Due to high demand, hotel bookings will be made immediately after receiving your advance payment. In case of trip cancellation 25 days before the date of arrival, the refund will be processed as per the respective hotel's cancellation policies. If the trip is cancelled 15-20 days before the arrival date, 25% of the total amount will be deducted. For B2B and peak season bookings, cancellation charges are as follow: 30–15 days: 25%, 14–7 days: 50%, 7–0 days: 100%.
Clients may request modifications to the travel package, such as changing travel dates or substituting participants, subject to availability and additional costs. Requests for postponements will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to fees. Date changes are subject to availability and revised rates. Any additional cost due to amendment to be borne by the partner/client.
Failure to arrive at the designated departure point on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided. TravelsPale is not liable for cancellations or modifications due to unforeseen events beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or civil unrest.
